How do Clarityflow's Starter, Professional and Premium plans differ?

What every plan includes

Every Clarityflow plan includes:

• Unlimited clients and unlimited conversations. Invite as many clients as you like and hold as many conversations with them as you need.

• Async video, voice, screen and text messages. Record with your camera, record audio only, record your screen, or type a text message, and reply in a thread under any message.

• Automatic, searchable transcripts. Every recording is transcribed to text, and the transcripts are searchable.

• Replies by email. Anyone in a conversation can reply to a Clarityflow notification email, and the reply is posted in the conversation.

• Web and mobile apps. Use Clarityflow on the web, including the mobile web app, or in the native iPhone and Android apps.

The plans build on each other: Professional includes everything in Starter, and Premium includes everything in Professional. The features each plan adds are listed on the pricing page in its Compare all features table.

What each plan is for

Starter is for staying in touch with your clients between sessions. Its pricing card describes it as onboarding unlimited clients and hosting unlimited conversations: the async conversations at the center of Clarityflow. If async coaching is new to you, read what asynchronous coaching is and how to run it.

Professional is for coaches who sell. Its pricing card describes it as selling coaching packages and growing your courses and client base. It includes everything in Starter.

Premium is for coaches expanding what they offer. Its pricing card describes it as scaling your coaching business and expanding your offerings. It includes everything in Professional.

How to choose a plan

1. Start from the job. If you mainly coach clients between sessions, start with Starter. If you sell coaching packages and courses and want to grow your client base, look at Professional. If you are scaling the business and expanding what you offer, look at Premium.

2. Confirm the one feature that decides it. If a specific feature matters to you, find it in the Compare all features table on the pricing page. Which features each plan includes can change, and the pricing page is where Clarityflow keeps that list.

3. Switch as your needs change. The pricing page says you can switch plans anytime, so you can start with the plan that fits today.

• You don't plan to message clients between sessions. Async conversations are the core of every Clarityflow plan. If all of your coaching happens on live calls, that part of Clarityflow goes unused.

Are there limits on the number of clients?

No. On every plan you can invite as many clients as you like and host unlimited conversations with them. Where other features have limits, they depend on your plan and are listed on the pricing page.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. The pricing page says you can switch plans anytime. For billing questions about a plan change, contact Clarityflow support.
