Nope! Invite as many clients to communicate with you in Clarityflow using Clarityflow async conversations and intake pages. You can also send unlimited client invites and set up a personalized onboarding flow for every client you invite.
If you want clients to enroll in Programs or join Spaces, these have some limits depending on which plan you choose (see plans breakdown above).
Every person you communicate with in Clarityflow will show up as a Contact in your contacts list. This includes all types of users: Respondents (clients, guests, and others), and Team Members. You can have unlimited Contacts regardless of which plan you're on.
Respondents are typically your clients or other guests that you invite to communicate with you or access content in your Clarityflow account. Respondents can have their own logins and passwords and you can control which conversations, programs, and spaces that they have access to. You can have unlimited Respondents communicating with you in Clarityflow regardless of which plan you're on.
Team members are people you invite as team members in your account. Team members can be given various permission levels to access and manage conversations, programs, and spaces in your Clarityflow account. Your plan determines the number of team members you can invite to your account.
Conversations are the core of Clarityflow. Conversation pages are where you and a client (or a group) can swap messages asynchronously in a threaded, flowing conversational page. Each conversation page can be easily shared as simply as sharing the link. You can, of course, make conversations private and invite-only too.
Programs take conversations to the next level: With Programs, you can build courses, and other interactive sequences of content, which many people can enroll in and access. Every enrollment is it's own conversation, where your client can go through the Program's content and interact with you—all in the same flowing threaded conversation. You and your enrollees can also track progress through each program.
Spaces are membership areas where groups of people can start and interact with eachother, and you, using conversations. You can also integrate Programs into Spaces, so that Space members can access a particular program (think: All students who go through a course can also access the community space for that course). Spaces also enable organizing groups by cohorts.
There are no hard limits on the length of recordings you or your respondents make in Clarityflow. However we do offer features to let you set time limits on respondents' recordings, if you want.
Monthly recording minutes on all accounts defaults to a maximum of 500 minutes per month (that's more than most account's maximum useage!). If you expect to have a higher volumes, we offer plans for that. Please get in touch if that's for you.
Nope! Regardless of your plan, you can always send and receive unlimited messages in unlimited conversations with your clients. These can include videos, audio messages, text, file attachments, and they can be threaded replies too.
Each plan offers up to a set number of templates you can store in your Library. These templates can be used as re-useabble (canned) responses or content that's built into your courses and programs.
Have a lot of videos or other content and want more than the highest plan allows? No problem! Contact us to inquire about our incremental add-on plans for increasing your Library storage.
Your messages will not expire as long as your account remains active. You and others can access them as long as you make them available. You do have the option to close conversations and prevent new responses, when needed.
If your subscription expires, then your messages can still be viewed for 30 days.
Yes, all video content can be downloaded in MP4 format. Audio-only messages can be downloaded as MP3.
