How to link Zoom calls to Appointments & Calendar Events

If you use Zoom or Google Meet (or similar) to run your live calls, and you're using Clarityflow Appointments for scheduling those calls on your (and your client's) calendars, it's easy to integrate these!

This guide will show you how to ensure that every appointment booked via Clarityflow can include the link that points to the Zoom call (or Google Meet, etc.).

Get your Zoom permanent link

Zoom offers the ability to have a "permanent link", which is a single link that you can use to point anyone to your Zoom call. See Zoom's documentation on setting up a permanent link here.

Using Google Meet? You use meet.google.com/getalink to get your own, re-useable link for sending people to your Google Meet calls.

Set your Appointment's "Location"

In Clarityflow, click "Appointments", then "Scheduling Links", then click to edit the one you're setting up to be linked with Zoom.

Edit this appointment link's "Location" setting, then add your Zoom permanent link (or Google Meet link) in this box, then click "Update".

Now every time an appointment scheduled, your Zoom link will be included on:

• Your Calendar event as the call link

• Your appointment in Clarityflow
