Duplicate message templates and thread templates in your Library

Need to create a duplicate of a message template or thread template in your Clarityflow Library? You can do so in just a few clicks. Here's how.

Duplicate a message template

1. Navigate to your Library.

2. Find the message template you want to duplicate.

3. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the message template and select "duplicate."

4. Click "Really duplicate?" to confirm you want to duplicate the message template.

5. Clarityflow will create a copy of your original message template.

The new/duplicate version of your template is named "Original message template name copy" so you can distinguish it from the original. However, you can adjust the title by clicking on the message template title and adjusting or typing your new content.

Duplicate a thread template

You can also duplicate a thread template in your Library to quickly create a copy of the whole series of messages. Here's how it works:

1. Navigate to your Library.

2. Find the thread template you want to duplicate.

3. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the thread template and select "duplicate."

4. You'll see two different options for duplicating your thread template. Read the explanations and select which one you want to move forward with.

5. You'll land in the duplicate version of your thread template (you'll see "copy") in the title with a note that your new thread template is being built.

6. Refresh after a minute or two and your copy of your thread template is ready to be renamed and used.
