Customize the onboarding flow for product purchasers
You can customize the onboarding flow for any person who purchases a product from you in Clarityflow Commerce and isn't already a Clarityflow user.
When they make a purchase, Clarityflow will check if the person is an existing user. If they're not, they'll be pushed through your onboarding flow after making their purchase.
Here's how to set it up:
As you configure a new product, head to the “after purchase” section. By default, the setting for “direct new users through an onboarding flow after purchase” is turned on. However, you can turn it off with the simple toggle if you wish.
Click the “configure the onboarding flow” link. This is where you can customize your onboarding flow for your customers. You can turn steps on and off, use the generic Clarityflow welcome video, or add your own welcome message for your clients.
Click “Update” to save your settings.
Set your default onboarding flow using invitation templates
Head to your “Account Settings,” “Invitation Templates,” and then “Product purchase invitation template.”
Set up your default onboarding flow settings. Those will apply any time a new user purchases a product from you. You can override those defaults on individual products if and when you need to.
