Introducing Appointments for simplified calendar bookings
As a coach, we know you live and breathe your calendar. So, we have good news: Now it's easy to manage both the synchronous and asynchronous aspects of your coaching business directly within Clarityflow.
With the launch of our Appointments feature, you can offer your clients the opportunity to book time on your calendar directly within Clarityflow.
Rather than juggling a separate scheduling tool, you can connect Clarityflow to your Google calendar, sync your availability, and give your clients a seamless experience when booking with you.
Here's a look at a few things that make this feature so powerful.
1. Create and manage different Appointment types
People need to book time on your calendar for different reasons, and that's why Clarityflow makes it easy to set up different Appointment types.
For example, you might have one "Coaching Session" appointment for your hour-long coaching calls as well as a 15-minute "Consultation Call" appointment for prospective clients to get to know you a little better.
You can set those up as two separate Appointment types in Clarityflow. Each one will have its own:
Scheduling page and link that you can share directly with clients
Customized settings and availability
2. Customize your availability
Maybe you only do coaching sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, but you do consultation calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
You can create custom availabilities within Clarityflow and assign these to specific Appointment types to take more control over your calendar.
3. Integrate calendar bookings into your conversations
Your coaching business has asynchronous and synchronous aspects—and seamlessly blending the two elevates your client experience. When you use Clarityflow's Appointments feature, you can:
Offer clients the opportunity to book time with you directly within the context of an async conversation
Automatically generate new Clarityflow conversations from calendar bookings, providing a dedicated spot for pre- and post-appointment communication
4. Sell your coaching sessions using Clarityflow Commerce
Want your clients to pay before booking time with you? You can set up a product (for example, a product called "Hour-Long Coaching Session") in Clarityflow Commerce.
After purchasing, you can redirect your clients to your Appointments booking page where they can schedule time with you—again, without ever leaving Clarityflow.
That only scratches the surface of all our new Appointments feature is capable of. Ultimately, the best way to experience everything it has to offer is to use it yourself. Give Clarityflow Appointments a try today!
