Introducing Tasks for managing to-do's and action items
As a coach, you don't just want your clients to learn—you want them to take action.
Maybe you have weekly to-do's that push them forward and track their progress. Or perhaps your course lessons include related tasks that help your clients implement what they're learning.
You want an easy way to assign these action items, track deadlines, and hold your clients (and yourself) accountable. That's what Tasks are for. With this feature, you can create tasks, assign people and due dates, and keep an eye on progress—all directly within Clarityflow.
Sound like what you need? Let's take a closer look at this feature.
Create and assign tasks to yourself and your clients
Need to remember to send that coaching proposal by Monday? Or want to make sure your client submits their quarterly progress report by the end of the month? You can easily create a task, set a due date, and add an assignee—all with just a few clicks.
Assign tasks directly within your conversations
You've been trading messages with a client and a few action items have bubbled to the surface. Make it easy for your client to take their next steps (and easy for you to keep an eye on their progress), by setting those up as tasks.
You can create and assign tasks directly within any Clarityflow conversation. That means you and your client can see those to-do's (and check them off) right within the context of your existing conversation.
Build reusable task templates
If you have standard tasks you need to use across clients, you'll love the ability to build task templates in your Library. For example, you might create a template for your new client onboarding tasks.
Within your task template, you'll set rules for who the task should be assigned to and its deadline. Then, whenever you use that task template (for example, dropping it into a client conversation), Clarityflow will use those rules to automatically assign the right person and calculate the due date. Task templates are also great for building tasks directly into your course lessons and modules.
Successful coaching means clients should never be left wondering about what they're supposed to do or what happens next. That's why Tasks in Clarityflow is such a powerful feature: It gives you and your clients a clear, easy way to stay accountable, take action, and make the most of your coaching engagement.
